Objective
Race your car autonomously around the track, first to cross the finish line wins!
Vehicle
Vehicle should be 1/18th scale or so, must fit in 1 foot square at all times.
Any style steering and propulsion is allowed as long as it is safe to run indoors.
You cannot use contact with a wall as your primary guidance, you'll need IR or sonar or something non-contact.
Control
Must be autonomous (no human control)
Wireless communication is allowed so you can have an off-vehicle computer control it.
You can start the race by any means you want, a "start" button or simply holding the running vehicle off the ground is fine.
Course
Oval, one side is "skinny" (2' wide), the other is "wide" (5' wide)

Weapons
NON COMBAT. Nothing that intentionally damages the opponent will be allowed, minor jostling and contact is allowed though, so don't let your wires dangle!
Scoring
Two bots at a time, double elimination tournament.
First bot to complete the course wins the round.
