Introduction

Robots have been around for many ages. People are always facinated by them, there has been many books by famous authors such as Isaac Asimov, Mark Beeyer, and David cook. A lot of people like to build robot(s) and show off their design and artwork. This is a contest that is held in Las Vegas, Nevada and soon to be San Diego, California.

We are not trying to compete with other contest(s), we are merely trying to have fun and bring the fun in building robots into other people's lives old and new. If you are interested in building or learning how to build a robot, and or you are interested in competing or helping out with the contest please read further.

This is a contest started by the local chapter of Defcon convention. The convention is held every year in Las Vegas, Nevada and Defcon 12 is the first year for the robot contest. Picture(s) of this contest ill be on the website, and we are always open for suggestions for next year's contest.
